ZAIVA – Refund & Exchange Policy

At ZAIVA, our sarees are crafted with precision and care, many in limited quantities. To preserve their quality, we follow a selective exchange policy.

  • No returns or refunds are offered on any products.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage at delivery.

  • A clear parcel opening video with the original ZAIVA tag intact is mandatory to raise an exchange request.

  • Requests must be emailed to zaivavns@gmail.com

  • Approved exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

  • Slight variations in color, weave, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted sarees and are not considered defects.

Refunds 

We do not refund amount on any of the products. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at zaivavns@gmail.com
