Return & Exchange Policy

At Zaiva Sarees, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

• Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or design preference.

• We offer replacement/exchange only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days.

• Sale, discounted, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
